Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our property services. Your ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and meet targets will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce NSA Management Services and our property solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team to ensure seamless client engagement.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends, client needs, and campaign effectiveness.

- Consistently achieving and exceeding lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Building strong relationships with potential clients, resulting in a high conversion rate.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.
